Using photography as a documentary tool, I wanted to compare and contrast food vendors (particularly those offering fresh produce).


My first destination was the outdoor swap meet. This bustling marketplace offered a range of yummy ethnic eats and an urbanized ambience that created a casual relationship between the vendors and shoppers.
